I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was super convenient, right across the street from the train station and bus stops. It was great to be so close to the center of this city. Despite its proximity to transportation, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The beds were comfortable and I had a great night's sleep.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Convenient location opposite train station. Spacious room with high walls, large windows, and nice views. Friendly and welcoming staff. Hassle-free check-in with numeric access locks. Enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee in the room.

The location of the hotel couldn't be more convenient. It is right across the train station, making it easy to access and explore nearby attractions. Despite its proximity to the station, the noise levels were surprisingly low, allowing for a peaceful stay.
The room and bathroom were in need of some refurbishment.

During my stay at Monte Da Lua, I was impressed by the beautiful view from my window. It faced a serene landscape of trees and a nearby bus station. Having my own room provided a sense of privacy and comfort, and the lady at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
One specific situation that I experienced was the issue with the toilet not flushing. Unfortunately, there was no staff at the front desk when I needed assistance, and there were no instructions on what to do in such a situation.

This hotel is just a stone's throw away from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. I loved being able to hop off the train and walk straight to the hotel, no need to worry about transportation. The rooms are cozy and have their own private bathrooms, which is always a plus. And let me tell you about the view from my room - simply breathtaking! I could see the beautiful street and the bustling city below. this hotel offers great value for the money, with its convenient location, charming rooms, and stunning views.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.
